Yes, our dog leashes are made from premium materials such as nylon and polyester with reinforced stitching for maximum durability.
How does your color coding system work?
Understanding our safe color system:
🔴 - The red leash is intended for dogs who need more space and security, or who have particular difficulties with other dogs or people.
🟠 - The orange leash is designed for dogs who are sometimes nervous or need more time to adapt to a new situation. She says other members of the public should be careful and respectful.
🟢 - Green leash means the dog is friendly and happy to interact with other dogs and people.
What size are your leashes?
Our dog leashes have a standard length of 1.65 meters and a width of 25 mm. They are therefore suitable for all dogs, whether small or large. Our leashes are light so as not to bother your dog when walking.
How do I choose the color of the leash for my dog?
We offer a red, orange and green color system to indicate whether or not your dog can be approached. If your dog needs to be left alone, we recommend the red leash. If your dog is anxious, we recommend the yellow leash. If your dog is sociable, you can use the green leash.
How do I clean my dog leash?
Our dog leashes are made from high quality, durable materials. To clean your leash, simply soak and massage it in warm, soapy water and let it air dry.
Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only in metropolitan France.
What is the delivery delay ?
Delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home during the delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect your package.
